Strategic Designer (f/m/d) - 18 months
Aufgaben:
Core responsibility for Strategic Business Design for digital products and solutions within the HARTMANN group
Methodological user and customer research based on Design Thinking
Definition and development of methods for Strategic Design within the group
Facilitation of Ideation events with HARTMANN group
Preparation of digital venture pitches as well as active pitching
Coaching of digital venture teams in Strategic Design
Connect with other Strategic Designers in the industry to exchange best practices
Act as a customer evangelist within HARTMANN group for digital solutions by holding presentations within the organization
Qualifikationen:
University degree (MBA, Psychology or equivalent)
3-5 years' experience as a Business or Strategic Designer using UX and design thinking methods
True customer orientation and experience in structured customer research
Experience in Healthcare & Marketing/ Sales beneficial
Experience in Tech Industry, preferably in small, young companies
Fluent English and German
Ability and excitement in creative pitching of new venture ideas
